The company Annapurna Engineering Works was started by Mr. N. B. Birje in 1993 as a small machine shop, where the labor work of Chandrakant industries (a local company which supplied material to other state in India) was carried out. In the year 1996 the company got work of DVS Company (Situated in Delhi) where the finished machining crankshafts were dispatched from Belgaum to Delhi. In the year 2008 the company became vendor of Cooper Metals Pvt. Ltd. Satara, where it carried out work of Oil Holes, machining of crankshafts.
In the year 2014 the company decided to manufacture its own crankshafts, and developed over 12 types of Compressor Crankshafts which were delivered to Mumbai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bengaluru and Delhi.
In the year 2018 Mr. R. N. Birje took over the management of Annapurna Engineering Works, in the same year many changes were made in the factory and also the factory got expanded and Annapurna Engineering Works got new name as R P INDUSTRIAL PRODUCTS.
In R P INDUSTRIAL PRODCUTS the current capacity of the crankshaft manufacturing from raw material till the packaging is 400 jobs per month with 5-micron accuracy. Along with the manufacturing the company deals with Milling, Drilling, Machining and Grinding of various types of crankshafts.
The R P INDUSTRIAL PRODCUTS aims to develop many more crankshafts in future. -

What we do ?
At present we are manufacturing 16 types of crankshafts out of which maximum are compressor crankshafts.
The crankshafts are 5H 126, 5H 86, 5H 80, 5H 120, 5H 66, 5H 60, 5H 46, 5H 40, 5F 60, 5F 40, 5F 30, 5F 20, 6D 75, 6D 48, and VT.
The material which we are using for H and F series crankshafts is "S G IRON GRADE 700/2" and for D series is "S G IRON GRADE"
We also perform annealing to reduce internal stress from the crankshafts.
Our finished jobs have the accuracy of 5 micron. -
